1 Thessalonians 5:23
“Now may the God of peace himself
sanctify you completely, and may your
whole spirit and soul and body be kept
blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

We’ve taken the power company up on free energy audits for two different places we’ve lived in, and it’s paid off. At one they put this fan on the door to find every air leak. At another they used an infrared camera to show the cold air infiltrating into our house. The truth hurt, but we knew where to find the leaks, and were empowered to work at solutions.
Your body is a spiritual house. Be good to yourself by letting the Holy Spirit take his camera into every part of your life to find the leaks. When you invite him to shine his light in all the places of your heart, he brings healing and restoration so you can live to the fullest.
Start by praying, “God, are my eyes truly seeing your will and way, and are my ears hearing your voice? Or, am I listening to the world, the enemy of my soul, and my flesh too much?” Fourteen times in scripture it says, “They have eyes but do not see; they have ears but do not hear.” That’s because the soil of your heart is made of two ventricles, eyes that see and ears that hear.
Then, ask God if your mind is expending energy on the wrong thoughts, and if it’s being renewed correctly. Thinking too much about what others think about you and passively letting bad thoughts crock-pot/teabag/stew in your brain are the big drainers (Romans 12:1-2 and Colossians 3). Journal what God shows you and use that as a punch-list that God, you, and ‘safe’ Christian friends (Every Christian is saved, but that doesn’t mean they’re ‘safe’ to confide in) can prayerfully walk with you through.
